Weekend review June 18

Not much exciting went on this weekend,

we ALL got sick,

Strep throat or the stomach flu.

So we lounged around the house and watched a lot of TV

No swimming :(

Friday, we decided to suck it up feeling good or bad.

We had cabin fever and it was getting crazy in the house.

My really good friend James called, I have not seen him in FOREVER!

So we went and ate rolled tacos and had lunch with him and his boy.

Then they came over and went swimming,

We made up for lost time during the week, that is FOR SURE!

We swam from noon, to 530.

I got dad to sneak out of work and be home by 330!

Some more of our friends came over and we grilled some hamburgers, and "dot dog" as Sammi would say.

Swam more until 8.

Then we all put our night times on and watched "The Flintstones" with our friends.



Saturday, Boys went with Dad and Girls went with Mom.

I told all the kids I had a surprise for them, so if there are no reports of "whining, FIGHTING, not helping, and/or not listening" we wont get the Surprise....

I love when Dad doesn't even know what is up my sleeve.

And sometimes not even I know what the surprise might be.

When I got home the boys were SO excited, gave me good report.

YIPPY!! We got to go see BRAVE!

It was such an AWESOME movie!

I loved it so much, reminds me of my kids and I.

We are so close and have such a great bond!

Sammi actually had a choice to go to grandmas, or to the movie.

Sam does not sit in the movie theaters very well, her attention span is a 2 year old ;)

But for some reason she chose the movie and she sat through it,

we shared a popcorn and a pickle, she drank my drink and she drank dads drink.

But she was AWESOME!

I have the BEST family and I love when we can all earn something and enjoy it as a family!
