Anything can Happen....

We headed out to the lake, for our 2nd time ever in our boat.

(I don't have pictures due to the fact I had computer difficulties recently)

However Daddy got the boat all done after 3 years!

Candice and Sam stayed with Grandma for this trip, but Ethan got to go.

We took our neighbors, and had the time of our lives.

We had a few problems with the boat in the beginning, but daddy of course figured it all out.

So the first person he pulled on the tub was Ethan and Mommy!!

We had tons of fun.

We did a few more rounds of pulling people on the tube, and JUST when Daddy was going to take Mommy and Tammy we heard from a distance

"HELP"

Tammy and I were already out on the tube and Daddy yelled at us to

"HOLD ON!!"

I looked up to see what was going on and I saw two jet skis with no one on them.

When we got to them there was a father and a son(25)

and the father was doing everything in his power to hold his son up while trying to hold himself up by hanging on to one of the jet skis.

We lifted the son into our boat and went to get help, there was no one at the "security station"

so we went to the marina and there were 2 sheriffs eating lunch, they told us to go back to the "security station" so we did.

The Son (Cody) ended up getting air lifted and headed out to the trauma hospital in Scottsdale.

When I was bringing his dad "John" to the hospital he told me what had happened.

They were playing around jumping waves, when Cody jumped and swerved the jet ski flew him off, then John (dad) was looking in the water for him and accidently ran him over.

It was horrible...we stayed in touch with them all week,

in the beginning they said he most likely wouldn't make it and would have to cut his brain open to relieve some pressure. Then some good news, the bleeding stopped and maybe could heal itself.

He was in ICU for a few days.

Now he is home and doing good.

Just remember that accidents happen all the time
