“If you start judging people you will be having no time to love them… If we cannot love the person whom we see, how can we love god, whom we cannot see? ~ Mother Teresa

Happy Halloween!!

Such a busy Holiday this year....
(it seems it anyway)
Today we got up early, I didn't want or even have anything to make breakfast with, so I washed up my face got the kids all dressed and the husband and headed out to McDonald's. To a very nice surprise we walk in to see such great neighbors, and my Uncle and Dad....
What a great way to start off Halloween.
We all enjoyed great conversation and play time.
As we were getting ready to leave my dad made a comment and I didn't get it until we walked out side and I then realized...

YUP!!

This is how they came to McDonald's...nice weather calls for a bike ride right?

After we left there, we went to get our apple cider and dried ice for the carving of our pumpkins... Something my mom started a long time ago and I WILL keep it going because the kids love it and so do I! When we put the cyder on the ice it just leave a cool wave on the table as we carve our pumpkins and make memories... My dad "PO-PO" helped Sammie out and this is what there pumpkin looked like at the end....

Ethan's Pumpkin.... of course daddy helped him....

Candice's, Daddy helped while I was STILL cleaning up the pumpkin seeds to make delicious pumpkin seeds....

Daddy and Mommy's pumpkins! Yes Daddy ALWAYS thinks out of the box!

After we were done carving pumpkins and the Cardinals lost by a touchdown we got the kids ready and WE also got ready and headed out... Halloween being on a Sunday this year was not as exciting because we had some neighbors or I should say a TON of neighbors that didn't want to give out candy, and there were not many trick or treaters out... Daddy dressed up as Mr Fred Flinston himself...got hit on by a ton of little ladies... it was classic! YES babe you still have it!

Daddy was also in charge of taking pictures this year...as you can see we don't have any because he didn't do a great job.

Ashley got creative and designed these cute costumes for her and her brother Chris, but he had to work so her mom wore the "Thing 1" but I was to late getting there Mom got cold and changed... So creative Ashley!!

After Trick or treating we sat around the fire and hung out for a while, the kids continued to play and chase each other around in their cars... we had such a great Halloween! What happened babe? ;)
