It is really hard to believe that my BABY is ONE and I am NOT pregnant.
However it is SO hard to look at my BABY and think she is one already.
Time is going way to fast for me.
Today I took you to the Dr for your ONE year well visit.
You are 23.12 pounds, impossible, all you eat is powdered donuts and milk.
Every morning I have to make a special stop at "Cobble Stone" just for you, so you can get your donut fix. When I get back into the car and you see your donuts you get so Excited and start throwing your hands in the air, and dancing. You love to dance, and your favorite song is
"bottoms up by Trey Songz featuring Nicki"
You can recognize the song even when the music is turned way down low, you get excited and scream and dance. You even get excited when Candice's favorite song "like a G6" comes on.
you are adorable, When I say YAY!! you clap your hands and scream YAY!! You tell everyone "bye bye" as you wave, or you say "HI" as you wave. You LOVE talking on the phone, when I get a phone call, you are the first to say "HI, HELLO" you are so happy.
You are very mean to your sister and brother.
I think it is a 3rd child syndrome, because I was the same way.
Candice always wants to hold you and you just hit her.
You take their toys away from them and laugh.
That is when I become a mean mommy, and have to take it away and give it back.
Grandma Peck came to stay with us for a week and she was so attached to you and just how sweet you are. That she had a hard time saying bye to you. The two of you hit it off pretty good!
Today at the Dr we had to catch you up on your shots, a sad baby makes a sad Mommy. You got 6 shots, one of them was the "flu shot" You were SO mad at the nurse that you wouldn't even look at her, You were just hugging me and saying "Momma"
Candice and Ethan, got their "flu shots" today too...Ethan went first, he was a little scared, cried for 5 seconds and smiled, Candice...................................screamed and cried and kicked, I had to hold her down in the chair, lock her with my legs, and squeeze her arms together with mine, and after the "poke" she stopped crying. They both gave the nurse high fives and said "Thank You"
That makes a Happy, and proud Momma.
The nurse thanked me and said, You have the most politest kids!
"HAPPY MOMMA!"
I love you little Sammie, and I know that you ARE going to be a challenge, you are really good at throwing yourself around already!
Happy 1 year my little love!
