“If you start judging people you will be having no time to love them… If we cannot love the person whom we see, how can we love god, whom we cannot see? ~ Mother Teresa

One BUSY week!

We have been EXTREMELY busy this week. Not the "boring" kind of busy. But the extremely FUN kind of busy, that we had not minded being busy. We start our weeks by going to the Library. We have read over 18books this summer, receiving 3 awards from the Library. I am so proud of these guys! I am not to sure what exactly we have been up too. So I'm just going to ramble on of what I remember and when. We have had out cousins over to play. And before they even leave we look a little something like... YUP....POOPED out!
There is NOT a dull moment in this house, and what ever it may be we all need our "turn" Sammi decided to let everyone take turns pushing her in her stroller. It was so silly.
In the mix of everything we have been swimming A LOT! A LOT! Like so much I should just buy fish food and throw it in the pool so these guys can eat and swim. ;) And maybe I can do the same..Got to get that Vitamin D!
On Saturday we took the kids to see "Cars 3" oh it was SO CUTE! The kids LOVED it, and so did we. My favorite parts are "Mater" he is such a cute little tow truck. We also ate "In-n-out" Such spoiled little kids we have.
July 3rd we had a BBQ at my parents house. My sister in law Ginger makes these very cute, adorable little hair clips and one of the "lucky" people on her give away was, my step father. So he let me have the hair clip for my girls, and she made us all one! I LOVE THEM! We had so much fun wearing them and got so many compliments on them....However Sammi can not hold still for the camera. But this is what the back of our hairs looked like. While everyone must swim, Sammi gets bored of being in the water at times, so Uncle Alan played with her on the scooter, and they both had tons of fun screaming in the fan! One of our favorite things to do when we go to my moms house is "eat", they always have the BEST food. Seems like everything at my parents house is 10x better then anywhere else. Austin loved the corn so much, that he literally ate 8 cobs. There are 10 in the picture, but 2 are dads. ;) He was so excited about his corn he wanted to keep it! Oh the excitement of corn eating. Cam thought he was so crazy for eating that much corn! The very next day, we all slept in, got up straightened up the house. Went over to my parents house, and my handsome husband made a sweet deal with my mom. I have been wanting to see "Bad Teacher" since I have seen the previews. So he thought he would give me a little break from the sweet little joys in my life and take me on a little "July 4th" date to the movies. He told her "Ill hang your mirror, if you watch the kids while we go see a movie" She must have wanted her mirror hung bad because she said "DEAL" She took them swimming, and they all played and hung out. What an AWESOME Grandma. All of the kids LOVE going to her house. After the movie, which was HILARIOUS. We picked up the kids, drove home to change and grab some pillows, and went on down to Shneps (SP) Farm to watch the Fire works up close. If you look close into the picture you can see the "storm" moving in, it moved in fairly quick. But we waited it out and they still had the show. As we were waiting, the kids were getting antsy....jumping around....beating each other up....screaming....so we played a game with our feet. It was called bubble gum ? Kept the kids busy for a while and it was fun.
In the beginning they lit off ONE fire work. Sammi stopped in her tracks sat down as far and close as she could and reached to grab them. We were so close to them it was cool.
Candice was a little scared in the beginning, and Ethan thinks everything is AMAZING!
We then sat in the parking lot/field for nearly 2 hours trying to get out and while waiting our little joys fell asleep, Most of them anyway.
Yesterday we went to the Library to get some more books, and hung out with my mom for a little, and then I had a Dr appointment. :( Depressing news. I have tonsillitis, so I get to take an antibiotic for now and see what happens. Thankfully my handsome husband came and took the kids home, all but Candice. So her and I stopped to get Pizza, they were so happy. Then Dad and I had softball, so my little cousin came over to watch the kids for us, but another lovely storm came in and the games got called :( But we found that the boys have a little crush ;) The fun and joys of teasing your kids.
This morning, we got up, fell back to sleep, got up, put some clothes in the washer, got dressed, and went to the Eye DR!
All kids CAN see. And NONE need glasses.....THANKFULLY!
However they are all far sided. Apparently that is normal at their ages.
Being we were at the mall, I couldn't miss the chance of going to my favorite stores,
The Children's Place, and Najarti (SP)
I LOVE those stores, and awesome sales!
The kids were all being good so I let them all get some "sun glasses" because after the puff of air they got blown in their eyes, man their eyes HURT and they told everyone about it. So dramatic. So after we got our sun glasses they felt MUCH MUCH better. (this picture above is not their new sun glasses, we were just playing with the glasses as we were waiting) Then we had an awesome lunch at a pizza place, that had the BEST pizza and they brought out dough so the kids could play with it! How AWESOME was that?!?! It was. They want to go back to play with the dough and eat yummy pizza.
Now we are home and watching "Gnomeo and Juliet" Cams pick of the day.
And for a super delicious dinner we are having "tostadas" Because I'm super lazy after being in the heat all morning and noon.
