Happy 5!

Today my sweet Princess child celebrates her 5th Birthday.

So hard to believe she is 5 today. I still remember when I found out I was pregnant with her, How excited I was, how I called the entire family and told them.

And she has been a pleasure.

All she wanted for her Birthday was a puppy, a girl one she had named it already "Shelly Belly" But instead we took her about 2 weeks ago to pick one out and she picked a little boy and named him "Harvey" He is HER Birthday puppy, and she couldn't be any more happier. They are buddies, she squeezes him, disciplines him when he is out of line, and just loves him!

Last night she insisted we go get her a Birthday dress, and cup cakes to bring to school.

So we headed out to Wal Mart and she picked out such an adorable little dress, that fits her personality so well, She got Justin Bieber cup cakes and she was so excited about them.

This morning she usually sneaks into bed with us between 3 and 4 so this morning when she snuck into bed I said "Happy birthday doll face" she says "Thanks Mom, but its night time"  So this morning Dad made sure to have her Birthday chair ready before she woke up (something we do for their Birthdays to make them feel extra special, we put Birthday Balloons on their chair they always get excited over it!) After her puppy Harvey woke her up this morning she ran out of the room to look at her chair and she was SOOOO excited about her balloons!

She has had the best day so far, for her breakfast she had picked out sprinkle doughnuts, for lunch she wanted a pretzel and cheese from Sam's Club (My kid for sure!) and after lunch she went on to pre school, where her class had a party for her, and they sang Happy Birthday and MADE her a princess crown, and her teacher gave her bubbles for a present! BEST day EVER she keeps saying! ;)

With as much as I sometimes want to give him away, this is by far the best thing ever she is so happy to have him and yes it has only been two weeks, but we have two older bigger dogs that would love to be and think they are lap dogs, this little guy we can actually hold and cuddle with on the couch. e are just happy to have him in our family. Even dad loves him and has spoiled him with "table food" already..
