On the 6th Day of Christmas our card read:
We are going to make Christmas Tree cupcakes, and you can make a special one for your teacher too!
Today we had half day,
After homework we cleared off the table and got ready to make Cupcakes. We all played a part in making the cupcakes and once we got them into the oven. We started to decorate our Christmas trees. We got Green icing, mini M&M's, stringy licorice, and yellow start burst. Each and every child icing and decorated their own Christmas Tree (Ice cream cone) All but Sam she needed a little help with the icing. Everyone did such a great job! We had so much fun, laughs, giggles, and stories!
After we were all done decorating. (4) cup cakes each! We ate the left over frosting, and all the left over candy. Then had to eat a cupcake as well, Lets just say, we became very WILD!
Candice made a special cupcake for her teacher, and Kaleya, Austin made a Special cupcake for his teacher, Dylan. Ethan made a special cupcake for his teacher, and himself. Sammi made a special cupcake for Grandma, and Grandpap but wanted to eat Grandmas ;)
So much fun! I loved this, however I was thinking I was going to be in so much pain and lose my mind with this project. But it was smooth and all the kids LOVED it!!
They asked if we could do it again.
That marks our 6th Day of Christmas!
