SPRING BREAK

Today is Monday and we are officially on SPRING BREAK! So this morning I figured I would go out and enjoy this PERFECT morning weather, and do some yard work. While the kids helped me. It was just a perfect morning for that. There were a few girls across the street playing at the park and having a blast. To think that Winter has come and gone already. Makes me so sad. I love winter, but I also LOVE Spring!  Summer.....I wont brag about.
However today Candice had a AWESOME idea....so she thinks anyway....we should clean the dirt out of this house. :( So she has been "cleaning" and bossing the other two around.
Last night as my husband and I were having a "life time" marathon.
I realized that my kids are not as normal as I thought.
I remember when I was a young girl before I was a teen, when my mom would sit down to watch movies, I would go in my room and play dolls, or go in the back yard and play for hours.
So as "life time" was on I was looking at my three miracle children thinking GO PLAY! as much as I love to cuddle them and hold them so tight in my arms. I wanted them to go play. every commercial they would move around, get up and dance, and say the sweetest things. then when they realized the show was back on they would hurry and cuddle me again and each time would say "I love you mom" they are the BEST!
So this weekend seemed so long, yet so short.
Friday my mom and I took the kids to see "Lorax" she spoiled them rotten. They were so excited to see that she had got them their own popcorn and icee. Unlike boring old me, I get a medium popcorn to share and we also share sodas! ;) They were pretty excited about that. Then they conned her in to lunch at "Johnny Rockets" splitting a garden salad 3 ways and some cheese fries...YUMM....we then walked a little ways to Clair's, to get Sams ears pierced for the 3rd time. since she has had an allergic reaction both times before, then continuing to walk a little ways to The Disney store...my mom loves that place. I went to the children's place, when they came to find me I realized they all had their very OWN bags of something from Disney....then my mom got them hats from Children's place, after that we played at the play ground for a while, so that I can go into Narjiti to get a little something for a birthday boy down the street. Finding the CUTEST  little dresses for the girls. Continuing our adventure into the "BUILD A BEAR"  my mom always gives in ;) 3 bunnies later 3 very happy kids, we ventures over to Dairy queen to enjoy a little desert....MMMM.....finishes our mall adventure in the animal kingdom to look at the pups. The three kids said they love Harvey more then any of those pups they had there....My mom took them home, and I came home to my sweet handsome hubby, he decided he was hungry so we went to the buffet and shared 3 HUGE plated of crab legs!! Saturday we woke up really early because we had softball tournaments losing our first game :( but winning the next 2, sadly I had to go because I had to host a party. So I picked the kids up drove to Casa Grande with just the girls, even with GPS I get turned around so fast. Went to pick the boys up and ate dinner at delicious Taco Bell....Sunday Russ wanted to go to the "Car Show" so we loaded up the car with the kids and Harvey and headed off, Candice said it was boring because none of the cars crashed into each other...HAHA!! HILARIOUS she is defiantly my child! WHAT A BUSY WEEKEND......NOW to clean! bummer...
